Mobile product strategy
Core jobs, user journeys, platform scope, device capabilities, monetization, backend needs, release risks, and the smallest coherent first version are defined.
Mobile app development
Yander designs and develops iOS and Android apps from Guangzhou for clients in China and overseas. We work in English or Chinese across product strategy, UX/UI, application engineering, backend integration and release preparation.
We plan the full journey, from onboarding and subscriptions to store submission and ongoing use. Milestones and written updates support work across time zones, with source code, account ownership and handover agreed from the start.

What we deliver
Core jobs, user journeys, platform scope, device capabilities, monetization, backend needs, release risks, and the smallest coherent first version are defined.
Onboarding, navigation, permissions, loading, empty, error, offline, subscription, and account states are designed as one usable system.
Implementation can use Flutter, React Native, or another agreed approach and connect authentication, APIs, media, AI, storage, payments, and notifications.
Device testing, build configuration, privacy declarations, store assets, release checklists, production access, and post-launch priorities are prepared with the client.

Collaborate in English or Chinese on an iOS or Android app, from product definition and UX/UI to backend integration and release preparation. Discuss the mobile experience and the systems behind it with the same team.
The choice depends on device capabilities, performance, team skills and platform differences. We assess those needs before selecting an approach and defining the first release.
Yes. We review the code, APIs, authentication, environments and mobile states, then agree what to keep, integrate or rebuild. Existing users, data and release continuity are considered in the migration plan.
Code ownership and handover are defined in the agreement. Submission support can be included using your Apple or Google developer accounts. Your team controls accounts and legal declarations; store approval and timing are determined by Apple and Google.
We agree the scope for bug fixes, OS compatibility, dependency updates, monitoring and release support. Response times and support duration are written into the agreement. New features and major redesigns are scoped separately.
We review platforms, workflows, device features, backend needs, subscriptions and release requirements. Development, cloud or third-party fees, developer account charges and ongoing support are itemized where applicable; final scope follows the requirements review.
Yes. We can discuss requirements and prepare handover documents in English, with calls and written updates planned around your time zone. Guangzhou meetings are by appointment and depend on availability.
We start with the main user journey and the capabilities needed to make it work on the agreed platforms. Offline mode, payments, device connections and admin tools are prioritized according to the product rather than automatically included. The first-release checklist and acceptance criteria are agreed before development, with later features planned separately.
The schedule depends on the first-release scope, platforms, backend readiness, device features and review decisions. After reviewing the brief, we can plan milestones for design, integration, testing and submission preparation. Account setup, content approvals and store review can affect the release date, so the launch plan needs to account for those dependencies.
An app can use an existing API or include a new backend, admin console and push-notification integration when these are in scope. We agree the environments, authentication, data ownership and service accounts, and identify who provides each API. Hosting, SMS, maps, AI usage, payment services and other provider charges are separate from development where applicable and should be reviewed for your intended usage.
We agree a device and OS test matrix, plus checks for permissions, network failures, payments and other critical flows that apply to your app. Your team may need developer accounts, store descriptions, screenshots, privacy information, support contacts and any review credentials required by the platform. Device access, licences and assets should be available in time for the agreed testing and submission work. We can assist within the project scope, but approval and review timing remain with Apple or Google.
