Yander is a digital product design and development studio serving clients worldwide. English-language and international enquiries are handled under the Yander brand by Yander, LLC. Mainland China operations are handled by 广州翌得网络科技有限公司 (Guangzhou Yide Network Technology Co., Ltd.), with 文政凯 (Khai Wen) as the responsible contact and an office presence in Guangzhou, China.

2. Website Information and Project Services

This website presents Yander's capabilities, process, selected work, and contact information. It is not a user-account service, ecommerce store, or self-service software platform.

Website content is general information and is not a binding offer, quotation, warranty, or commitment to accept a project. Any design, development, consulting, maintenance, or other client service is governed by the proposal, statement of work, contract, or other written agreement accepted by the client and the Yander entity named in that agreement. If those project terms conflict with this page, the signed project terms control for that engagement.

You may view and use the website for lawful business and informational purposes. You must not:

• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, hosting systems, or related infrastructure;
• interfere with website availability, security, or normal operation;
• introduce malware, automated abuse, or harmful code;

Where a case links to an external product website, that link supports the product's public context but does not by itself independently verify Yander's role. Project dates, testimonials, complete technology stacks, or performance results should not be inferred when the case does not publish them.
